URGENT! - Customer Can't Complete Their Web Orders

I'm receiving emails from customers who can't complete their orders online. Here's an example:

Hello, I’ve been trying for a week to place an order from your website.  Something
in the loading of the shipping address page seems to get stuck. Help.

Please help ASAP! A few orders are getting through but orders are way, way down.
