Search Results are not correct

in Web Site / E-Commerce

I'm having some problems with my search results page. When I search for an item say "A", the search result comes out with the "A" item and several more items that are not related. Is there a reason why, or is netsuite having some problems with the searched lately? How can fix that in netsuite? Can anyone help me?
