SEO Friendly URL for Tabs/Categories

I am trying to create cross links between categories.

If I do the following:
<a href="<%=getAttribute('sitecategory','-107','storeURL')%>" >
My Anchor Text</a>

The URL provided is the NetSuite system URL not the SEO friendly URL.

Yes, it will redirect but I really want the SEO friendly URL.

Is there a different attribute I should use?
