Simplifying the Customer Center for Retail
Hello,
I am in the process of customizing the Customer Center. I realize that the permissions and such are controlled by Manage roles, and that you can set it to default new customers to this custom role.
All I would like to give access to is:
1. ability to view order history
2. see tracking information for orders
3. request return authorization
If anybody with more experience than me can give me pointers for the right permissions to enable this, it would be really helpful.
Also, the page seems to load up a Quick Search, Set Preferences, and a list of all categories on the right 1/3 of the page. Are there any settings where I can manage these either via Netsuite backend or via templates?
