Failed Order Notification
Is anyone out there using any type of failed order notification system within NS? In other words, if a customer's order fails for any reason (credit card declined, internal processing error, NS down, etc) we want to be notified of it. Does anyone know where this information is trapped within NS and how it can be reported on or how we can be notified of this?
I don't want to lose any customers due to an inability to process an order, so this would be very helpful. I know that some people out there are using these types of notifications, I just don't know
