CSS Style Sheet Help!

ok, so i was just going to make a style sheet, for visited, hover, and active links, on the website.

I uploaded it and its affecting the button bar. I'd really like that to use the style sheet, so its much easier to navigate.

does anyone know how to not have it affect the button bar?
