Error occured during checkout
Hi
Maybe I am being a bit slow, but we have activated the Error at checkout email function which is great! However the email Netsuite sends does not state what the error is i.e.
An error occured during checkout:
Company: null
Date/Time: 8/2/07 1:50 AM
Error Ticket: f4v0cuicnq19pjujkklfk
Customer: *************
Email: XXXXX@iiiiiii.com
I am assuming that somewhere there is a log of what the error is hence the Error Ticket number, however I cannot seem to find it, can anyone shed some light on this? Is there more info? or is the email informing me that an error has occured but not saying what the error is the only piece of info available?
