Order confirmation emails -- website vs non-website
When a customer places an order on our website, they receive a friendly confirmation email. We know how to control the content of and appearance of that email.
When one of our customer service representatives initiate a sales order over the phone (non-website), a copy of the sales order is emailed to the customer. It's very plain -- no friendly message, no friendly subject line, no pretty layout -- it's just the sales order We would like THAT email to look just like the one the customer would have received had they placed their order on the website.
I have found the setting which allows the same template to be used for website and non-website order
