Item Options, Matrix Items & Advanced Inventory Module
I am preparing to set up some "complicated" items that I am not sure how to most effectively display/track in Netsuite. Thanks in advance for any insight you might have.
Item one:
A clothing item with many several sizes and MANY colors. The item's price will remain constant across both size & color and inventory will not have to be tracked as they are entirely drop-ship. For this it seems that item options are the way to go. An "item options" dropdown for each option will be associated with the order and let us know what we need to ship. Any reason to use matrix items in this case? (we DON'T have the Advanced Inventory Module... need to decided whether or not to invest in it in order to use matrix items)
