Customer Center Customization - Where?

Recently I customized the colors on the website.  I got the website looking the way I want.  Now the customers that have access to the customer center say they can't read the page.

How or where can I customize or change the customer center color scheme? 

I searched through the help section and anything that comes up says page not found.  I searched through the forums and haven't found anything helpful.
