Customer Center - My Account ... I'm confused.
I'm trying to get a handle on the customer center. It seems that when we give customers access they are sent an email that has a link to log in to Netsuite to see their center.
Is the center the same thing as 'My Account' when a customer logs in on our web site?
If it is, is there a way to change the text at the bottom of the 'give access' email to direct the customer to our web site instead of to Netsuite?
I looked in the 'Customize Web Site Text' sections and couldn't see it anywhere.
