Adding text under shipping method?

in Web Site / E-Commerce

I would like to add some text under the continue button while selecting shipping method during checkout.

Something along the lines of "“Currently OliveSmart is only shipping in the United States . If you would like to place an order with International shipping, please contact us at..........".

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
