How to put Categories on Welcome page?

in Web Site / E-Commerce

I thought I saw a note that in v2007 it would be possible to put categories on the web store Welcome/Home page, rather than just items.  I don't see any check boxes to enable this feature, nor can I find any reference to it here on the board.

Am I mistaken?
