Item list columns in web order confirmation email incorrect
Hello there,
I have my shopping cart customized to show the Item Name/Code as the first column and Item as the 2nd column. This works fine. But now I want the order confirmation emails to match this format. Currently, these emails show "Item Name/Code" as the heading for the first column, but that's not what's printed. What's printed is either the sales description or store display name for the item (I don't know which it is, as they're both the same for all my items). Does anyone know if:
a) this is expected behavior
b) there's any way to change the item list format in order confirmation emails.
