Cart Complaint from Customer - Depressing
This message just in from a customer - maybe this explains our high abandonment rate. . .
Just wanted to say your new online checkout is really messed up, and I gave up on placing my order. I had put something in my cart earlier in the day, and when I returned to the site, it said my cart was empty, so I placed the item in again. Once I got to checkout and signed in, there were 2 items in my cart. When I went back to the cart, and put "0" items in the cart (thinking it would leave the 1), I couldn't get back to checkout.
