International Checkout
We have been using a company called International Checkout to sell to customers abroad. They handle not only the shipping but also take care of all duties and tariffs so that a customer knows upfront how much the order will cost. Without this service we have had some international customers refuse to take their orders because the duties and tariffs in their country are so high.
We are just wondering 1) what other users are doing for international orders? and 2)Has anyone managed to add a service like the one described above to the NetSuite checkout process?
