How can I get a sales representative assigned to all the sales through the store online?
We've got some rules concerned to territory. We have divided our customers in 3 groups, North america, latin america and worldwide. So, if a latinamerican customer buys, the sales rep for latinamerica is assigned to the sales order. The same for northamerica and worldwide.
We want this rules to work when the customers communicate with the sales rep. But when the sale in done through the web store, we want to assign a different sales rep.
Do I make myself clear? Or do you need extra info.
