Help, Customer center or a user?
Hi,
I have a big customer(our representative for 2 states) which process 40 orders a day. We want him to enter the orders through Netsuite himself so we can save a labor.
I want him to see stock levels in my central warehouse only. If there is not enough stock there, I don't want him process the order.
If I use Customer Center, he can not see stock levels, he has to pay by credit card but he has an 60 days account with us.
If I give him an user, even I restrict him to the lowest level, he can still see other people's orders, other customers. I only want him to see his own orders.
