customizing "my accounts" pages
When a customer views their account, the page layout is not consistent. The body of the layout increases in width after clicking on a link in "my account". In terms of customizing, all I want is to change the header and add a text link saying "go to Olivesmart.com". I dont mind if the body widens. Where can I find the files to customize these pages.
