Published Saved Searches Not Dynamically Updating

Hi

Does anybody know why my published saved searches are not updating dynamically on the website.

I have filed a case with Netsuite 622394 but I am not getting any sensible answers other than the manuals which tell me published saved searches should update dynamically.

The saved search itself updates beautifully for new items which meet the specified criteria and I see the results in my account. They just do not feed through to the PUBLISHED SAVED SEARCH on the website.

Am I missing something or should I be claiming a refund because netsuite does not operate as documented.
