This is a bad time of year for items to disappear ..
I got an email from a customer telling me that there are lots of items missing from our web site.
It turns out that all of our non-inventory variable amount items are not being displayed. They have a category and show up in the list of items under the category in Netsuite. They all have 'display in web site' checked.
The items don't show up in any categories on the web site regardless of the template used.
The only thing I can think of is that we did a mass update of the category field for all of our items. Non-inventory items don't have stock levels though, so that shouldn't affect this.
