STATE KEY STUCK-Autofill problem
Hi,
One of my customer experienced this kind of problem, anyone faced this kind of problem:
I have been trying to place an order for two days but your state key is
stuck. I can use the autofill to get California into the line for the state,
but then your system doesn't recognize it. I always get an error message and
cannot proceed to place the order. I can find no way around it. Help!
I filled out a customer profile and then was able to place my order. So I
am all set. But you should look at what is wrong on your order form since
