Web Store Verification of Zip Code
Does anyone know of a way to get the web store to verify that the customer's zip code matches the city and state in their shipping address?
If we can not figure out a way to do this we will have to manually check each order. Reverse ROI for sure.
We were assured by our NS sales person that although the store did not have all the bells and whistles, it would definately flag zip code errors. Unfortunatly he has left the company and we did not get this in writing. Our new salespersons only comment was "I have no idea, check with customer service."
