"Marginal Rates" does not work in our web store
Hi,
I have been trying to get a grasp on what I'm doing wrong here, but I've finally concluded that marginal rates just do not work in the webstore. I've got a gift wrapping service, I want to offer for $4.95 for the first item and each additional item will be $2.00.
My marginal rates work perfectly in the back end, when you type up the gift wrap service item on a sales order. The webstore just charges the $2.00 for all items, no matter the qty.
What the hell is going on here? Has no one ever tried using this online? I couldn't find any posts on marginal rates in the webstore.
