Sharing 1 category among multiple websites

Is anyone able to tell me if there is a way to create a category with it's own sub-categories and items attached to it, and have it be available to more than one site that I have within NetSuite? For instance, if I wanted to have an NFL category, and wanted to be able to see it from 2 sites, so that every time I posted a new item for a particular team, I didn't have to post in in every site we have .. I could just add the item once to the category, and it would be reflected
