Solutions not showing in website

We have had an ongoing issue with trying to get Solutions posted for our Clients in the web store (specific to each Client).  It took a while for NetSuite to make it so they would show up at all, and now they only show up in the Customer Center.  We need the Solutions to show up when the Clients are logged into the WebStore.  The categories show fine, just not the actual Solutions.  Is anyone else having that problem - or any successes?

We have this open with Support, but even with Gold support I feel very abandonded.
