Enter Quotes (Estimates) on Website

Any chance of Netsuite adding the ability to enter an Estimate (quote) through the website.

We have many customers who need an estimate so they can get approval before they buy.

It would be good to have a Quote path at the checkout page that would send an email to the customer and us of the quote and it would create an Estimate in netsuite rather than a Sales Order.

I thought I had seen some discussion of this previously but cannot locate the post.
