adding Matrix options

I'm new to Matrix.  I set up a Matrix Item (JustPaperRoses) using the Matrix assistant, no problem.  I set up options for "color"(6) and "number of stems"(3) so I have 18 sub-items.  Now I want to add another option "NO Anniversary Bear, YES add an Anniversary Bear".  I do NOT need to set this up as an item (I don't use inventory function of NetSuite), so this option is simply like another color choice, or a YES/NO choice.  I created the Custom List, Custom Item Field, and Custom Transaction Item Options, and this new Matrix Option shows where it should
