Online Customer Form Question

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Say a typical web site visitor decides to place an online order.  He registers, and proceeds to fill out his name/address info. 

Which NS form is used by default? Is it the Standard External Customer Form (provided that's the one that's checked as Preferred)?
