Conversion rate reporting

edited Jan 21, 2008 10:56AM in Web Site / E-Commerce 4 comments

The number one KPI for a ecommerce website is its conversion rate.  IE what % of people buy something.

We are now upgrading parts of our site to improve this but we are struggling to get any decent reporting on it.

I have tried hacking existing reports, endless saved searches but got no where.

The output of what I need is For a catagory or tab.  I need to see daily/weekly/monthly what the unique visits, page impressions and orders were.  That allows us to look at the impact of a change is and if we gained or lost in conversion rates.

Howdy, Stranger!
