System Bug??
We just set up a website (with multi-website functions) and the system keeps sending out emails to our customers automatically even when we intentionally disabled that function.
This is what we did:
Set Up --> Website -->Set Up Web Site
Under the Email Tab, there are 4 options for confirm email to be sent to the customer when:
1. Order Received
2. Order Approved
3. Order Fulfilled
4. Order Canceled
We check all, except the 2nd one (order approved.)
Theoretically, the system would only send out emails to customers automatically when order is being received, fulfilled or canceled, but for some reason, during the beta testing, NS keeps sending emails to customers even when the order is being approved.
