Freight and Shipping

edited Nov 11, 2010 8:53PM in Web Site / E-Commerce 10 comments

We often have items that must ship via freight, either with a carrier such as Yellow, Fedex, Roadway, etc. On those items, we would like to have a "Bestway Freight" as a freight option on the web store. Is there a way we can assign that particular item with no cost associated on our web store for only those items? Ideally, we would like for our customer to either call for freight charges, or to have us ship and add the charges to the order.

Presently, in our store, we have Bestway... and the system calculates $0.01 per pound. We are unable to leave that particular item blank, because it then says that the shipping is "free" instead of "call for price" or some other type of text.

Howdy, Stranger!
