Event Publishing

We are interested in expanding our customer experience to include a platform where they can publish events (Rodeos, Bull Riding, Team Roping, etc) for free. We have all of the advanced modules. Our site is hosted within NetSuite.

Is it possible to create a form that the customer can complete on-line and then upon submission we review (approve/decline) and it automatically is published.

Clean and easy or bordering on complex with strong NetSuite knowledge to make it happen.

Has anyone done something like this using NetSuite and/or other external applications?
