What is a Promotional URL?

I thought a promotional URL was a way of having your customer view web pages and forms hosted by Netsuite, but they think they are on your website rather than Netsuite's website. 

I need to completely mask to my customer that they are not on my website.  So I created an online case form and set up a promotional URL.  So while now they can type in a URL that looks like it should be on my website, the promotional URL seems to be redirecting to the form and the forms.netsuite.com URL still appears in the address bar.  This is not what I want.
