Exporting the Item Display Image field

Hi,

Does any one know how to export the contents of this field as you view it from the Inventory Item - i.e.  Item1.jpg.  I want the file name not the actual image.

The only export I can get is the NS /core/media/media.nl?id=50&c=732990&h=7313f26477aba3ba04c6 format....
