performance speed test?

First off, I LOVE the way you can test performance speed of the backend by double clicking on the NS logo ... Does anyone know if there is any way we could apply the same functionality on an NS-hosted website?

Our NS-hosted version of our site (in development) always seems to take about twice as long for pages to load as our current site which isn't hosted at NS - just trying to find some way to figure out where the bottleneck is.

Any suggestions appreciated
