Fixes that don't fix or cause worse problems
[LIST]
[*]Last night a fix for SEO went out but didn't work.
[*]Last week an efix wiped prevented all our orders going through to our warehouse for 5 days.
[*]2 weeks ago a fix for upsell wiped out our Left Hand Navigation on all my best selling products for almost 2 weeks.

This has happened to us on other occasions as well.
Question 1) NetSuite, do you test fixes before you release them? Of course you do but it there seems to be quite allot slipping through.
Question 2) Certainly 2 of the above were secondary problems that caused bigger problems than they fixed. In both cases we had to wait for a new fix. Where is the roll back procedure? It has been standard practice everywhere I have worked to be able to roll back a fix or update if it doesn't work.
