Item Quantity Sold In Saved Search

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Plan:  I want to rank my items in each catagory by best selling.  To do this I need to produce a saved search for every catagory that gives me items by "quantity sold" or "no of orders". 

Problem: I cannot find a Quantity Sold variable for items or any way to create a formula on these.

Any tips welcome
