Multiple Website Custom Entity Fields Address Dependent Display

Is anyone here using Multiple Websites with custom entity fields displayed in there websites?  If so,  does anyone know how to or if it is possible to get only certain websites to display some, none, or all of the custom entity fields associated with the customer record that have been chosen to display in the webstore.  I am thinking that this is a web site software package issue where i won't be able to do anything with it.  I have the code already written and can change it readily to put it anywhere.  I just can't find anywhere to put
