Help,Multi-website, how many?

Hi,
I have bought advanced web-site, multiple-website. I have two sites set up in NS. Now my boss want to set up a few more site. I tried, I get this message:
"Adding a Web Site would exceed the number of licenses you have purchased. Please contact NetSuite for additional licenses."
I asked NS sales, firstly, he said it will cost more than $5,000 per additional site (which is too expensive). Then he said if I have multiple website function, I should be able to set up unlimited website.
I want all the websites link to the same NS ERP system.
