Identity Crisis for Multiple Websites!!!

We are in the process of bringing the 2nd website with Netsuite's Multi Website function.  However, if a customer is already a registered customer on the 1st website, the same login/password carries to the 2nd website. 

We are trying to maintain different store identities, so we don’t want the customer to see order histories from the other website.

What can we do keep the customer centers separated?? HELP~~~~!!!!
