Conversion Rate and fundemental KPI
I want to make a basic KPI for conversion rate by "saved search" for Dashboards:
Conversiont Rate = Number of orders / Unique Visitors
This can be done in KPI Scorecard but Scoreboard does not use the same dates as the main dashboard, does not update at the same time, does not have the graph facility and is being used for other things.
I and support cannot find the right formula for this. Has anyone else done it?
