Free Delivery Promotion Code? Can it be Done?

Hi,

I must admit i'm a Netsuite novice at present.

I'm looking to send out a code which allow my members to have Free Delivery for a limited time only.

At the same point I would like to offer free delivery to customers of a partnership i have set up.

Can either of this be done?
