Anyone in a state where sales tax is based on billing, not shipping, address?
I don't think Utah is the only state that charges sales tax on billing address rather than shipping address. Currently, if a Utah resident orders a gift shipped to a non-Utah resident. NetSuite doesn't apply sales tax. If a non-Utah resident orders a gift shipped to a Utah resident, NetSuite charges tax. Not good for us and our tax records. We've created a workaround with saved searches we will have to run daily and then adjust orders manually, and put notes on the Review and Submit your order screen to let affected customers know their credit card charge will be
