Netsuite Security Structure

We have cancelled our Hackersafe subscription and were looking for other security providers. NS has to use an outside party (security company) for storing credit card #'s, data...etc. If they have it then we have that security as well, in which case we should be provided with the security badge or that companies information.
Does anyone know what company they use? Do you know if they have a current security badge available for use?
