Visitor number KPI's

Since mid Jan we have been running Google analytics, it is reporting unique visitors 45% lower than NS unique visitors.

I didn't expect them to match but this is a big diffence.  Has any one else run a different measurement system against the NS Unique visitor figures?  What kind of differences did you get?
