Eliminate "Help" in the Customer Center

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Does anyone know if it's possible to eliminate the help  link in the customer center (not the one in my account)?   I don't care if the link is deleted, hidden or even just white on white text.  I just want to to make sure my customers don't click it.

Any ideas?
