Source Field on Term Orders (Multi-Store)

Can anyone tell me how you get the Source Field to show up on a Term Order Form? On our website orders, things work great and I can see from the source field which site the order came from. We want to track offline orders as well and the Source Field is marked to show up on a Term Sales Order Form but it just doesn't show up. Any ideas?
