Can anyone tell me where the font size for related items is controlled?

The font size used to appear larger on our site, but somewhere in the past couple of upgrades, it now appears really small.  See this link for an example:

See how small "Other Options:" appears?

I've looked in WS Setup, the Theme we're using, layouts, templates, etc, and can't figure it out. 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
