Help NetSuite seems to be re-writing my item information
Has anyone else experienced a problem like this!
We have spent days re-writing items information from an import. When we went live today we discovered that much of the item information had reverted to older descriptions/UPC codes/vendors. That work has to now be redone:mad:
On investigating the History > System Notes further I find that the UPC Codes and Preferred Vendor is being reset automatically everyday or several times a day on all our items.
- It does not show all the fields which were changed.
- On Vendors NS seems to be unsetting the Vendor then resetting it minutes later.
